J.R. Bruce lives in Southern Indiana with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
​When she is not writing, you can find her taking care of her family, or crafting. The other love of her life that she calls kids, her Boer goats that center her on days that she is unsure.
​In 2015, Jodie’s imagination took flight when she started to journaling. Since then, she’s never looked back only forward improving her writing techniques and developing a unique literary style.
​Storytelling is her passion. Having the opportunity to turn that passion into a fulfilling career is her greatest achievement.
She takes the reader on a ride with twists and turns with every turn of the page, not leaving no stone unturned in her stories.
​Over the years, she’s faced many obstacles in her writing but has always risen above any situation, even in her darkest days and hours, when she just wanted to give up, she continued the path Fate’s destiny laid out for her.
