Description

The unemployed scientist Trego thinks he has seen this day before. Once, as part of an elite research team, he helped with the discovery of a non-linearity to time flow. Much to his headstrong chagrin, the entire lab is closed and he is left without a job. Desperate to find any answers, he comes across an alluring woman named Proud who no one reacts to, yet she knows everything about him. His anger only makes her smile and associating with her leads to his death. Alive in the morning, and remembering everything that just occurred, Trego thinks this might be a type of precognition. One doubt he cannot escape from is that his research on time was alluding to something even darker beyond his control, and that Proud holds the key.
