Hi there! I'm the author of In the Shadow of the Rook, first book in The Sons Incarnate series, and its short story prequel The Lingering. By day, I develop e-learning training courses for several Fortune 500 clients. My educational background is in English, with a Master of Arts from Truman State University - which is where In the Shadow of the Rook began as my thesis!Hobbies other than writing and reading include photography, playing various musical instruments, and video gaming.
