I created KAD Lagniappe Online Marketing and Management Services for my passion for digital marketing and how it is always evolving and changing, making it exciting and challenging. I have a hunger to always continuously learn and keep up-to-date on the latest online marketing trends and industry news.

Born and raised in southern Louisiana, I could literally list dozens of fascinating facts about its unique culture. However, my favorite is a term called Lagniappe (Lann Yapp). For those unfamiliar with the Louisiana term, it means, “a little something extra.”

I believe in this southern saying so much that I not only incorporated it into my digital marketing business name but also a concept I try to implement into all my client relationships.

When was the last time you had a positive customer service experience worth talking about? One way I give my clients a little Lagniappe is to create a personalized experience based off of their wants and needs. Another way I go above and beyond for my clients is to send them media opportunities when I see a good fit for their business. I also invite clients to join me in my media opportunities, giving them free media exposure.
