Bio

Roy Shepard is a former IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) Special Forces Operator. He enlisted in the IDF Special Forces in 1995, and took part in countless missions behind enemy lines. Later in his service, he trained young cadets in boot-camp as a Master Sergeant.

He specializes in weapons training, stealth and camouflage, and Krav-Maga. Roy has been in active reserve duty for the past 20 years and spent much of that time formulating and implementing defense strategies and drills in military bases all over Israel.

He is highly trained in martial arts, specializing in Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, and Russian Systema—with both hand-to-hand combat and melee weapon handling. He is also an expert marksman with both close-quarters and long-range weapons.

Roy has been an outdoorsman, pathfinder and prepper most of his life, always learning and teaching more ways to become self-sufficient, alone and as a part of a team.
