Hello there!

My name is Jessica and I've been inventing alternate realities since childhood. I write supernatural contemporary grimdark fiction and sci-fi. My writing questions the definable borders of reality and indulges in the gritty, visceral aspects of supernatural suspense and speculative fiction. My short fiction and poetry have appeared in traditional print and online magazines. In 2011, I was nominated for the Pushcart Poetry Prize. I love my cats, my husband, and I have an unhealthy obsession with Warhammer 40k. I am a proud, second generation Laboratory Technologist. When I'm not writing or working I usually have my nose in a gory book. I was born in Arkansas, USA.
