Despite not completing algebra in high school, R.M. Hamrick escaped Georgia Tech with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. She uses this degree to invest time and money into broken appliances before throwing them away and to repair her car every other month. She is the author of the zombie-steeped sister saga The Chasing trilogy and the wacky all-female space opera, Atalan Adventures.Currently partnered with a tantrum-throwing tortoise, she loves board games, craft beer, and odd numbers–the author, not the tortoise.
